Terms governing the use of JMT software and assets distributed via jmtfoundry.com. This page mirrors the project's LICENSE file verbatim.

The tools and content at jmtfoundry.com are free to use but not open for
redistribution or reuse of source. This keeps the tools consistent for everyone
and lets me support and improve them properly.

Permission is granted to use the JMT Foundry tools for personal and commercial
purposes, including managing, configuring, building, and selling sabers.
Outputs you create using these tools (converted color values, trimmed audio
files, parsed style code, calculations, etc.) are yours; nothing about using
the tools transfers any rights to your work.

You may not:
- copy, mirror, or redistribute the JMT Foundry tools or website
- extract or reuse JavaScript, CSS, HTML, images, or other source assets from
  the site for your own projects, sites, or products
- reverse engineer, modify, or repackage the tools as a competing service
- republish or modify JMT Foundry blog posts or other written content without
  permission
- remove or alter any copyright, branding, or attribution
- sell or sublicense any portion of the site or tools

The tools and website are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind,
express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall JMT
be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of
these tools or this website.

JMT Foundry is a JMT property and is not affiliated with or endorsed by
ProffieOS or its contributors.

The tools do not include ProffieOS, ProffieOS configurations, or any saber
firmware. Users supply their own.
